IoT & AI-Powered Solar-Based Smart Onion Storage System with Web-Based Control & AI Health Prediction

The IoT & AI-Powered Solar-Based Smart Onion Storage System is designed to maintain suitable environmental conditions for onion storage and reduce post-harvest losses. The ESP32 continuously monitors temperature, humidity, gas level, moisture, and light conditions. Based on the sensor data, the system automatically controls exhaust fans, circulation fans, humidifiers, and heaters.

The system also includes an AI-based onion health prediction module that analyzes onion images to identify conditions such as healthy onions, sprouting risk, and spoilage risk. All sensor data, device status, AI predictions, and alerts are displayed through a web-based dashboard, allowing farmers or storage operators to monitor and control the system remotely.
